The agents of the State Police of the police station of Lower Nocera they notified five measures “Da.Cur.” towards as many young people new adults Nocerini, responsible for a brawl that took place last September 1st in the city center of Nocera Inferiore, during the nightlife near the bars in Piazza del Corso.
During the fight, the boys fought throwing glass objects, iron waste bins and chairs at each other found near clubs, apparently for trivial reasons, representing a danger to the safety of the numerous young people who frequent the Nocera nightlife. The notified measures, also called urban Daspo, prohibit the five young people, authors of the violent conduct, from accessing and parking, for a period of three years, within and in the immediate vicinity of public businesses and/or public entertainment venues in the municipality of Nocera Inferiore.
The prevention measures adopted, which are the exclusive responsibility of the Police Commissioner – provincial public safety authority – arise from an info-investigative activity of the Nocera police station and the local Anti-Crime Division and are aimed at protecting public decorum and tranquility and preventing the reiteration of similar violent conduct and of particular social alarm.
