Brandon Spencer Lee Call was born on November 17, 1976 in Torrance, California. In early childhood, he was interested in basketball and music. He also succeeded in auditions for several series, but at first he only received episodic roles. In 1991, a big breakthrough came when the young actor got the role of JT Lambert in the sitcom Step by Step. The series told the story of two divorced parents who fall in love and merge their families into one big mix of teenagers and children.
