Branco van den Boomen is in the picture at PSV as reinforcement for the coming season. This is reported by both Voetbal International and the Eindhovens Dagblad. The midfielder is having an impressive season at Toulouse.
The 27-year-old Van den Boomen can go where he wants after this season because of his expiring contract with Toulouse. PSV wants to make use of that, know VI and the ED. A delegation from Forza Sports Group, the midfielder’s management, was at De Herdgang on Friday to open talks.
Last Monday, the former player of De Graafschap and FC Eindhoven, among others, carefully opened a book about a possible switch to PSV. “I would like it, I have always had a warm heart for that club,” said the born Veldhovenaar at the Ziggo Sport program Rondo.
Van den Boomen is one of the most important players at Toulouse this season, which qualified for the French Cup final at the expense of Annecy on Thursday evening. In 28 league games he scored five goals and was already declared eight times.
