“Brainstorming” in the UK fans carried on their hands

For Latvians in Britain, the celebration of the national holiday on Thursday, November 18, turned out to be very special, because “Brainstorm” performed in the famous “O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire” concert hall in London with a capacity of 2,000 people. Excited concert attendees admitted that this is a great way to celebrate Latvia’s birthday, reports lsm.lv.

There was a long line long before the door opened. In order to enter the event, it was necessary to present either a Covid-19 vaccination or disease certificate or a negative test not older than 24 hours.

Almost all tickets were sold out, “Brainstorm” gathered fans not only from all over England, but even from Latvia, there were also many non-Latvians.

Rias, who lives in London: “I love ‘Brainstorm’, they have a very long name, but I still love them! I listen to their music with my partner Martha, now it’s one of my favorite bands.”

Jana, who lives in London: “It’s the second time I’ve been to a concert four years ago, and now it’s back. It’s our favorite band! We’re from Latvia, and Lithuania has joined us.”

Agata from Poland: “Of course we love ‘Brainstorm’ for almost 20 years! We follow almost everywhere!”

Zaiga, who lives in London: “All the holidays are here – heartily! For the most beloved Latvia!”

Amanda and Gunta in Britain: “Well, my childhood group …”

“It seems to me that they have some extra emotionality for these concerts.

Because the people themselves say that they come to our concerts as a small piece of Latvia. Well, catch some house feeling.

(..) As we know, the world remains … we bring many nations together. Respect the Latvian language. Of course, children should not be forced by force, but so that they know their language with love (..), “said the participants of the” Brainstorm “.

At the end of the concert, Renārs Kaupers, together with the Latvian flag, literally wore it on his hands, and the band had to return to the stage several times.
