The Haute Senne police had to intervene this Tuesday on the side of the rue de l’Enseignement, in Braine-le-Comte. The police had to handcuff a 57-year-old man who lives on this street following an altercation with a lady parked in front of his house.
The latter had parked in this street to pick up her children from school. What the owner did not like. He then left his house and asked the mother to go and park elsewhere, reports the Parquet of Mons. But the latter refused. The man therefore decided to threaten to attack her and her car. He took a can of gasoline and held it up in the direction of the lady.
Contacted, the police arrived on site to arrest the fifty-year-old who was the subject of an appearance before the criminal court of Mons. He was deprived of his liberty and then released, but he will soon have to appear before the Mons Criminal Court.
