The people’s deputy says that the patrolmen did not introduce themselves, they immediately began to be rude and hinted at a bribe several times.
Yevgeny Bragar, MP from the Servant of the People party, claims that the patrol police accused him of being under the influence of drugs after his refusal to give a bribe.
“Yesterday, July 3, I was stopped by patrol officers due to the fact that the light on the rear license plate of the car did not work. The patrolmen did not introduce themselves and began to be rude at once. Several times they hinted at a bribe with the body camera turned off. I was accused of categorically refusing to give a bribe that I was allegedly in a state of drug intoxication, “Bragar wrote on his Facebook page.
After that, the people’s deputy was brought to a narcologist, who, according to Bragar, confirmed his sobriety.
According to the servant of the people, the fact that he is a people’s deputy, police representatives learned only in a clinic located in Kiev on the street. Peter Zaporozhets 20.
Police have not yet reported the incident.
