Bradley Cooper is back in front of and behind the camera this fall with his new film Maestro, a biopic about the composer Leonard Bernstein which premiered to applause at the Venice Film Festival last August. This acclaimed drama is currently hitting the fall festival circuit with screenings in New York and London, and it’s set to hit theaters late next month before landing on Netflix near the end of December. A long and perfectly oiled journey that will take Bradley Cooper straight to the Oscars in February. This is clearly the year of the actor.

So far, Bradley Cooper has been unable to do press for his own film, having abided by the rules of the SAG-AFTRA strike that has prevented stars from giving interviews or promoting their work. But that doesn’t mean he hasn’t been in the spotlight. He’s been roaming the streets of New York lately, sparking heated rumors about an alleged romance with Gigi Hadid. True to form, he even treated himself to a few good training sessions while waiting for the release of his film.

An adorable Bradley Cooper who went so far as to wear a cashmere work shirt from Gigi Hadid’s brand, Guest in Residence, earlier this week. But for us, the gem of her recent wardrobe was her choice of shoe during her outing in the West Village: Travis Scott’s Air Jordan 1 High. This is arguably the best collaboration with Jordan in recent years. The Houston rapper’s take on the classic Jordan 1 silhouette flips Nike’s Swoosh on the exterior, resulting in a pronounced look that any sneakerhead can spot instantly.
Travis Scott has gone on to release a number of excellent Air Jordans (including a recent low-top golf shoe), but the Bradley Cooper pair is the highly coveted original release from 2019. The dark brown colorway – a take on the “mocha” style ” beloved found elsewhere in the Jordan 1 family – makes for the ideal fall aesthetic, which leads us to believe that in addition to knowing the hype sneakers, Bradley Cooper knows how and when to wear them.
