THE HAGUE – Putting a rug on the free market, as Bradley does every year, was out of the question this year. So 17-year-old from The Hague decided to be where, like many other Dutch people, display on the internet. It became a dramatic experience, because after the sale of a sweater, his account was looted by online criminals.
