Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie get along better since finalizing their divorce

Tom Hanks donated more blood to help research against COVID-19.

The 63-year-old actor and his wife Rita Wilson contracted the disease last March and then offered their help to researchers in the quest for a vaccine, and the star revealed this week that he had donated again his blood to science.

He wrote on Instagram next to a photo showing plasma bags and two other shots where he had blood samples: “Plasma in 3 seconds! 1,2,3! Plasma! Hanx”

These photos look like the ones the actor shared last month when he insisted that the procedure was quick and simple.

He wrote at the time: “Here’s the plasma bag from last week. What a bag! After the paperwork, it’s as simple as taking a nap. Thanks @arimoin and UCLA. Hanx.”

As a reminder, the two stars announced their diagnosis last March, having fallen ill in Australia while Tom was filming in a Baz Luhrmann film, and after this press release, the couple continued to share the evolution of their forties on the networks social.

Upon returning to the United States, Tom and Rita agreed to participate in a medical study to determine if their antibodies could help science find a vaccine, and the actor for ‘Forrest Gump’ announced that they had received the green light to donate their blood.

The star obviously hopes that his and his wife’s blood will prove useful against the coronavirus, declaring on the NPR podcast ‘Wait Wait … Don’t Tell Me!’: “We have just learned that we are indeed carriers of these antibodies. They not only asked us, we asked ourselves: do you want our blood? “
