Materials : enamelled metal mounted on elastics gilded with fine gold
Sizes :
– small: up to 14 cm around the wrist
– medium: up to 16.5 cm around the wrist
– large: up to 17.5 cm around the wrist
Delivered in a Simone à Bordeaux pouch in recycled cotton. (One pouch per shipment, to have additional recycled cotton pouches, don’t forget to add them to your basket).

Even if our jewels are made with quality materials, we recommend that you avoid contact with water, perfume, cosmetics and chemicals as much as possible. We advise you to wear them once your beauty treatment is finished.
Our jewels are delivered in small cotton pouches, do not hesitate to put them back in their pouch at night when you go to bed, or when you go on a trip or on the move. They will thus be protected from light and humidity.
Clean them with a soft, dry cloth.
Delivery
Packages are shipped within 2 working days after receipt of payment. We send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your pieces in one order ❤️
If, despite the care taken with your order, a part arrives damaged, you can report it to customer service (contact us 💌)
Feedback
Returns are available within a 14 day delay from receipt of the package. Return costs are at the sender’s charge.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method so as not to lose track of it. Any package not received until SIMONE A BORDEAUX cannot be refunded.
Returned parts are refunded within 2 to 7 days after receipt by us.
Items benefiting from discounted prices cannot be returned or refunded, as can items ordered via a promotional code.
