Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (CPC) removed the Head of the West Java (Jabar) BPK Representative, Agus Khotib. The removal was carried out in the aftermath of a hand arrest operation (OTT) involving the Bogor Regent Ade Yasin and the West Java Representative BPK employee.
“In line with this, we have deactivated the head of the West Java Province BPK representative,” said BPK Chairman Isma Yatun at a press conference at the KPK Red and White Building, Kuningan, South Jakarta, Thursday (28/4/2022).
In the OTT against Ade Yasin, there was no name Agus Khotib. However, he was removed by the central BPK from his position as Head of the West Java BPK Representative because his subordinates were involved in bribery in the case of Regent Ade Yasin.
Not only that, Isma Yatun said that his party also removed the staff who were the examining team for this case. His party will not hesitate to process all employees suspected of being involved in this case.
“Similarly, several staff who became the examining team for this related case. We will also process all employees suspected of being involved in this incident in accordance with applicable regulations through the honorary board of ethics at the BPK,” he said.
It is known that the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) disclosed the results of a hand arrest operation (OTT) against the Regent of Bogor Regency, Ade Yasin et al. A total of 8 people have been named as suspects.

1. Anthon Merdiansyah, West Java Representative BPK Employee/Head of West Java III Auditorate Sub/Technical Controller
