Ciamis News, (harapanrakyat.com), – Head of Hospital Medical Services Division Ciamis, West Java, Ramdhan, confirmed that his party refused BPJS Kesehatan participant patients.

“It is true that as of October 5, 2020, we, from the Ciamis District Regional Hospital, rejected BPJS Kesehatan participant patients,” he told HR Online, Monday (05/10/2020).

Ramdhan explained, the reason for not being able to serve BPJS participant patients for treatment, was because of a problem between BPJS and Ciamis Hospital.

“Today the plan is to have a meeting between BPJS Kesehatan and the Ciamis Regional Government. Later there will be more information related to the clarity of BPJS Kesehatan participant patients, “he explained.

However, Ramdhan could not reveal in more detail the problems that occurred between BPJS Kesehatan and the Ciamis Regional General Hospital (RSDU).

“For more details, it is not my authority. We will discuss it further at the next meeting. Just wait for more information, “he concluded.

Previously, HR Online reported that some residents who were BPJS Kesehatan participants had to be disappointed when they went to Ciamis Hospital.

“Very dissapointed. Have come all the way from the Granary and have to leave at 05.00 WIB. After arriving, the hospital refused, “said Endang Sutiana, a resident of Lumbung District, Ciamis Regency, Monday (5/10/2020).

Endang also admitted that he did not know about the failure of BPJS Kesehatan participant patients to go to Ciamis Hospital.

Another disappointment was expressed by Reni, a resident of Baregbeg District, Ciamis Regency. Reni, who admitted to having tuberculosis, had to go to the hospital.

“Today my medicine runs out. Therefore, I came to Ciamis Hospital, because it had to be outpatient, “he said.

In the end, Reni was forced to follow the rules of the Ciamis Regional Hospital, to become a general patient.

“Have to go back home to bring money. How else, because today the medicine has run out and now I really need it, “he concluded. (Fahmi/R5/HR-Online)
