Realizing this, PT Aneka Petroindo Raya (bp-AKR) – the manager of bp gas stations in Indonesia – has opened a new network of bp compact site gas stations in the Tangerang area.
In the release received by detikOto, the BP Puspitek Raya gas station, which is located on Jalan Puspitek, Babakan, Tangerang, is the 8th bp compact site gas station out of a total of 41 BP gas stations spread across the Greater Jakarta and East Java regions. Previously, BP-AKR had also operated two new BP gas stations developed by the COCO scheme, namely the BP Alternative Sentul gas station, Bogor and the BP Batu Malang gas station, East Java.
For the record, the BP Compact gas station is a type of gas station where the fuel storage tank is not planted in the ground/UGT (Under Ground Tank), but the tank uses a container type with AGT (Above Ground Tank) storage.
“We realize that the number of new vehicles in Indonesia continues to increase from year to year, and on the other hand public awareness of the importance of quality fuel is also increasing,” said Marketing Director of BP-AKR, Vanda Laura.
“For this reason, BP-AKR continues to expand public access to fuel and quality services by developing our gas station network. Expansion of the BP gas station network is a form of BP-AKR’s commitment to contributing to providing jobs for the surrounding community, especially in our operating areas. ,” Wanda added.
The release also conveyed that in developing the gas station network, BP-AKR also invites individual and corporate entrepreneurs to become partners in developing the BP gas station business network through the DODO (Dealer Owned Dealer Operated) scheme.

Of the total 41 bp gas station networks currently operating, 7 of them are the result of the Dealer Partnership Program (DODO). Through the partnership program that has been developed, both in the gas station retail business and the Non-Fuel (NFR) partnership, BP-AKR is optimistic that BP’s gas station business can grow more rapidly.
The bp gas station network offers a range of quality fuels, namely BP Ultimate, BP 92, BP 90 (Jabodetabek only) and BP Diesel.
