“Boy Suddenly Dies in Suriname Village Due to Polluted Water, Says Family”

In the village of Waki ​​Basoe in Bronsweg in Suriname, a boy of around six years died this morning. Family members strongly suspect that he came into contact with polluted water and became ill as a result.

The boy started vomiting mucus in the early morning and also had diarrhea. He was taken to the nearest outpatient clinic where he died shortly afterwards. According to a family member, the boy had no complaints before.

Family members and residents of Bronsweg are shocked by the incident. It is strongly suspected that the boy started to develop complaints due to the use of polluted water. In the village there would be several children who have similar health problems.

As of this writing, no doctor has been there to officially diagnose the death. The Surinamese police have already been informed. The family is demanding an in-depth investigation into the cause of death.
