Boy Harsher: A Mesmerizing Mix of Electronic Rhythms and True Emotions

This Tuesday, July 18, the rhythmic and slightly spooky musical group “Boy Harsher” will perform in the summer house of the VEF quarter, which will be warmed up by the Latvian group Radiotehnika.

Boy Harsher is an American electronic music band formed in 2013 in Savannah, Georgia. It consists of vocalist Jae Matthews and producer Augustus Muller.

“Boy Harsher’s music is like soundtracks from movies about broken hearts and lost dreams. Jae Matthews and Augustus Muller’s unique combination of synths, pulsating beats and vocal echoes create the familiar and persistent sound of ‘Boy Harsher’. Their music is a mesmerizing mix of electronic rhythms and true emotions, influenced by post-punk, “dark wave” and industrial music,” the concert organizers say of the American electronic musicians, especially highlighting the group’s ability to captivate from the stage: “”Boy Harsher” concerts are a unique experience, where deeply intimate emotional stories intertwine with crazy rhythms and are played out in real life.”
