The tragic accident happened on Sunday shortly before 1 p.m. (local time) in front of a Walmart in Dallas. According to the police, the 32-year-old woman left the children in the car park to go shopping in the supermarket, reports the broadcaster CBS. The police believe that the two boys found a gun in the family car. The nine-year-old then shot the eleven-year-old boy. Eyewitnesses alerted an ambulance that took the boy to a hospital shortly afterwards. But any help came too late for the child. The boy died from the gunshot wounds.
