A thirteen-year-old boy was injured on Sunday afternoon in a stabbing incident that probably took place in the Zuidplein shopping center in Rotterdam. The police are currently looking for two underage suspects.
It is still unclear what exactly happened and what caused the stabbing incident. Several minor boys were probably involved in the incident.
The thirteen-year-old victim had reported to Ikazia Hospital on Montessoriweg around 4 p.m., a police spokesperson told NU.nl. The nature of the injury is still unknown. The boy was admitted for treatment.
Witnesses of the stabbing are urged to contact the police.
