Hhere are certain situations in the world of sport that go against the values that it promotes, as is the case of what happened in the Mustafa’s Boxing gym in Decatur, Georgia. There, during a sparring session, they have been able to witness some images that have little to do with everything that is transmitted in boxing schools.
In the video in question, you can see how two boxers fight intensely -with their respective protections, typical of any sparring session-, until one of them is really touched and stops protecting himself. His rival brutally lashes out at him until he falls to the ground. He even executes several rabbit hits. An unacceptable attitude.
But the attitude of the boxer is as reprehensible as that of those who observed and recorded with their mobile phones.. Several people, including the coach Mustafa (posted on the back ropes), do nothing to stop the actions. Only one person approaches at full speed coming from behind when it is already to stop the attack.
