Actually, the case would be clear in the heavyweight division: The next opponent of Tyson Fury (31) after his demonstration of power against Deontay Wilder (34) should be Anthony Joshua (30). The winner in the duel between the two champions would be the first professional 20 years after Lennox Lewis to call himself the undisputed world heavyweight champion.

Joshua is “very interested” in such a fight, his promoter Eddie Hearn said in the “Daily Mail” again. And that Fury has proven in recent years that it doesn’t run away from challenges.

So is there a box treat waiting for the fans? Not so fast! There are several hooks: Both Joshua and Fury actually have to go into the ring against other opponents first.
