Les Bols de Jean, in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris, is an original concept set up by chef Jean Imbert. Here, everything is eaten, from the container to the content, since the bowl in question… is sourdough bread! Inventive, fresh and creative recipes, in cheerful colored bowls, inspired by market returns. Here, seasonal products are in the spotlight, and you can taste them in a simple, but elegant decor.
