Modular houses are characterized by the ability to move them and/or connect them to each other over time. Also, these buildings are delivered to a large extent ready-made or at least reminiscent of the shape of a house. Mostly within a couple of days after delivery, but in some cases only a few hours after delivery, the house is ready for use and living.

“Bouw Art’s modular houses were created by the situation in the world – remote work, which means that there is no need to be in the office all the time. Both employees and company managers have realized that working from home or any place where the Internet is available is acceptable.Since the construction of a large house usually takes a lot of time and also requires a lot of nerves, our idea was and still is very simple – there are models that we offer, there are plans that are our standard with a note that we can change it a little , if the customer is not satisfied with the layout we have developed, and there are some floor solutions and some wall solutions that we offer. Why not a wide selection of finishing materials for exterior walls, interior walls and floors? We realized that more choice creates chaos both in our customers’ wishes and in the production process, because it is practically impossible to maintain a warehouse with all possible materials,” says Aleksandrs Asejevs, the head of the company.
“Construction Art”
We – “Bouw Art” – believe that quality materials are the main prerequisite for creating and building a great house. That’s why we use only the best and highest quality timber, windows, membranes and insulation materials in all our designs, ensuring that your home will not only look great, but will also be energy efficient and long lasting. Continuing to look for new and interesting solutions, we have included metal facades in the decoration of houses, which we also combine with wood and glass, giving a more modern look to the classic wooden facades.
Design is our biggest trump card compared to the competition. We offer large showcases, mixed facades and non-standard solutions in interior decoration, which are especially appreciated by customers from Iceland.
We have also started connecting our manufactured homes. The largest project currently in the plan consists of six houses connected together, but still as individual modules with the possibility of connecting two or three houses per family in the future.
Quality is one of the most important aspects that we pay a lot of attention to. In the company, we have developed internal quality control so that the houses we deliver become better and better.
Customer service is our priority. Fast, understandable and above all professional answers, so that the client understands in the shortest possible time whether we can offer him what he needs. Customers who consider buying a “Bouw Art” house, but don’t, are always happy. In this case, we try to talk to the customer and get feedback in order to improve and improve our products.
Currently, we have already expanded our operations to several European countries, and we have future plans for Western Europe and also countries across the ocean, where the opening of a branch is planned.
For people who are looking for a house but don’t know exactly what they want, we recommend listing 3-4 important things that a house must have. The next two things – those that you would like, but are not mandatory, and then ideas that are not so essential, but could be implemented in the near future. This will make it easier for you to choose when it’s time to make the first consultation with a specialist. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. We have observed that questions often lead to great and even surprising ideas that we can bring to life with the help of our specialists.
When it comes to attracting new customers, we have always been very open to meet them in person and show them the production process, which allows us to appreciate the house at different stages, from the frame in construction to the moment when it is ready for living. Thus, customers can see for themselves the quality of materials and production.
Each house takes three months to complete, and “Bouw Art” is currently able to produce 12-15 houses at the same time. We are working hard to produce one house in two months.
We have developed more than 15 modular house projects, the square footage of which is from 24 m2 to 90 m2. “Bouw Art” modular and panel houses have been produced since 2020. More information can be found on our website www.bouwart.lv.
