As part of the Month of Science, the Bournezeau library, in conjunction with the network of libraries in the Chantonnay region, is organizing a “scientific snack”, Friday, October 22, from 5 pm until 7 pm. This meeting is for everyone, from 5 years old.
The theme is quite broad, between ecology, sustainable development, recycling. “The planned workshops focus on“ homemade ”products with the production of toothpaste, bags with old t-shirts, tawashis, kinds of sponges made with used t-shirts or socks. People can drop off t-shirts, used socks and baby food jars with lids at the library, during opening hours: Wednesday, 4 pm to 6 pm; Friday, 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
