BOURGOGNE: Orange is gradually reopening its stores

In Côte-d´Or, the stores in Chenôve and Châtillon-sur-Seine have reopened. Those of Dijon and that of Quetigny will reopen on May 18. In particular, an online appointment booking system has been set up. Without forgetting the respect of sanitary measures in the shops.

Since May 11, 176 stores (or 30% of sales outlets) have reopened in major cities in France thanks to the mobilization of volunteer employees. By the end of May, Orange plans to open almost all of the stores in the territory.

– In Côte-d´Or, the Chenôve store opened on May 11, followed by that of Châtillon-sur-Seine, which opened on May 12. In the Dijon area, the stores of Dijon Liberté, Dijon Center Commercial de la Toison d’Or and Quetigny will open on May 18.

– In Saône-et-Loire, the shops of Autun and Crêches-sur-Saône opened on May 11. On May 12, the shops of Paray-le-Monial and Louhans welcomed their customers. The two shops in Chalon-sur-Saône opened their doors on Wednesday May 13 at 2 p.m.

– In Yonne, the shops of Avallon and Joigny opened on May 11. Today, the Auxerre and Sens boutiques opened at 2 p.m.

– In Nièvre, the shops of Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire and Marzy opened their doors today at 2 p.m. ? The other shops on the Bourguignon territory will open their doors from Monday May 18 at 2 p.m.
The shops of Beaune, Mâcon, Montceau-les-Mines and Nevers are usually closed on Monday and will thus open on Tuesday, May 19.

Preserving the health of our customers and employees is our priority.
In order to best satisfy its customers, and in order to limit the time spent in stores, Orange is setting up an appointment booking system on the site boutique.orange.fr, the Orange et moi app, or on the toll-free number: 0800 02 55 55.

This simple, efficient and quick organization allows customers to reserve a time slot in their point of sale for reasons requiring an exchange with an advisor:
– subscribe to an Orange offer;
– switch to Fiber;
– change plan or offer;
– buy or change phones;
– subscribe to the Maison Protégée remote monitoring offer;
– obtain or return an Airbox or a mobile loan;
– get a new SIM card;
– get help for a fixed telephone line.

In order to welcome customers in compliance with sanitary measures, all advisers are equipped with protective masks. Hydroalcoholic gel is made available to all those present in the shops and the sales positions will be cleaned after each visit by a customer. Signs are installed to enforce the rules of physical distance.

During this period of gradual deconfinement, Orange continues to stay alongside its customers via the 3900, the site orange.fr, the My Livebox application, for all common and simple actions such as user assistance, troubleshooting, invoice information, or even subscription of options.

Since the start of containment, the Orange Group has faced an unprecedented challenge. The increase in usage observed on our networks has never been seen before. Orange teams are fully mobilized to continue to support customers in their daily lives and guarantee them the best possible quality of service.
