Béziers at the rendezvous. Relegated from National, the Hérault club started its season perfectly in Group D of National 2, on the first day, by defeating a promoted, Canet (2-1). Béziers is not the first leader of the 2020/2021 financial year, however, since Bourges easily won on the side of Angoulême (0-3). Neighbors and rivals, Bergerac and Trélissac were also present by beating respectively Moulins-Yzeure (2-0), who played the leading roles in group D last season, and Romorantin (1-0). Note the nice shot made by Colomiers, winner on the lawn of Beaujoire against the reserve of FC Nantes (1-0), while Chamalières and Les Herbiers held in respect (0-0). Finally, the Angers B team started by beating another promoted, Mont-de-Marsan (2-0). Due to positive cases of Covid-19 in its workforce, Bourges 18, which has just joined N2, saw its meeting against Le Puy, relegated from National, postponed.
