“We will never win easily here. We kept the same state of mind even though we were behind the whole game. We kept confidence in our shots, we defended well at the end of the game. We didn’t the right to make mistakes, Dijon remains the favourite”declares Hugo Benitez, leader of the JL Bourg.

The two teams have faced each other three times this season. On December 23, 2022, Markis McDuffie carried the JDA to victory with 25 points and 12 rebounds, for a final score of 90-83.
JL Bourg took their revenge in the semi-finals of the Leaders Cup by winning 94 to 77. The teammates of Axel Julien, a former JDA player, made it to the final but lost to Lyon -Villeurbanne.
