CONAKRY– On the morning of this Saturday, Aboubacar Dinah Sampil, candidate and head of the list of the coalition for the defense of Guinean football and several of his colleagues, hosted a press briefing at the Petit Sory stadium in Nongo. On November 25, 2023, unless there is any change, a new executive office will be elected at the head of the Guinean football federation for 4 years. This will put an end to a long crisis which led to the establishment of a standardization committee.
« We have the best team to win this conference on November 25. We must stop the war and therefore without hesitation we must understand each other. Just sitting down together and talking is the start of a solution to our football. With my team, we have the solution or the beginning of a solution to the problems of our football, if we are elected and I hope that our objective will be achieved” said Bouba Sampil.
After their press briefing which marks the official start of their campaign, the coalition for the defense of Guinean football (CDFG) says it is ready to work with all stakeholders for the good of Guinean football. We remind you, on this list, we find among others, Ifoura Dieng deputy president of Hafia FC, candidate for the position of vice-president in charge of competitions or Sorel Doumbouya, president of Milo FC, candidate for the position of vice-president in charge youth football.
