Chay can embezzle the Botafogo in the next rounds of B series. The club reported on Friday that the player had partial injury to right ankle ligaments.
“Athlete Chay underwent an imaging exam, which found partial damage to the ligaments in his right ankle. The athlete undergoes treatment and will be re-evaluated daily”, announced the club.
As usual, Botafogo does not inform the recovery period of a player delivered to the medical department. However, as it is a ligament injury, it is very likely that he will not face the Confidence, next Wednesday, at Nilton Santos.
Chay left the lawn crying no tie with Goiás last Tuesday, after being hit with a cart from behind by midfielder Caio Vinícius, who received only a yellow card.
