Boston River will face Venezuelan Zamora and Deportivo Maldonado against Brazilian Fortaleza

The three winning teams from Stage 1, who will be decided in two-legged matches, will join the 13 previously placed teams for Stage 2, which will be played from 22 February to 1 March.
