2. Banana tree
Banana tree (Musa) is a dramatic accent plant that is safe for all pets. Fertile soil, bright light, and regular watering are good for banana trees.
3. Spider houseplant
Spider houseplant (Chlorophytum), also known as ribbon plant or airplane plant. Spider plants are non-toxic to cats and dogs and will tolerate a wide range of light, moisture, and soil conditions.
4. Venus fly trap
These carnivorous plants make for a fun and funky addition to the collection. But what happens when the cat wants to pounce when the plant closes.
Venus flytrap (Dionaea muscipula) It is non-toxic to cats and dogs. So a bite from this plant will not make you have to go to the vet. This plant likes bright light and irrigation with distilled water.
5. Pakis Boston
Pakis Boston (Nephrolepis) is one of our favorite enduring houseplants, but its hairy leaves may tempt cats and dogs to chew on it. The leaves are non-toxic to cats and dogs. The Boston fern prefers moisture and lots of bright, indirect light.
6. Areca nut
It is also known as the butterfly palm. Sometimes leaves Dypsis lutescens this can trigger the cat’s instinct to hit and bite. This plant is also non-toxic to cats or dogs. Place in a bright room, and allow the soil to dry between waterings.
