Job Description
- You will provide telephone and data support for our customer and service technicians.
- You advise customers on the use of hardware and operating software
- Your tasks include error analysis of video systems (cameras, recording systems and peripherals).
- Remote services are used for fault analysis and troubleshooting.
- They provide 1st level support for service technicians during commissioning and faults on site.
- They recreate faulty system configurations and customer situations.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist, communications or systems electronics technician or comparable training
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the technical field
- Very good PC skills (MS Office)
- Good knowledge of network and IT technology
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English is an advantage
- Product knowledge of video technology is an advantage
- Knowledge of VdS/VdE regulations and guidelines is an advantage
- Reliability, ability to work in a team, resilience and assertiveness
- Flexible, committed and independent work
