Börse Express – New York shares: prices are trying to stabilize

NEW YORK (dpa-AFX) – After a bad start to the week, prices on the US stock exchanges tried to stabilize on Tuesday. However, investors remain tense over the war in Ukraine and high energy prices, and the already manageable recovery is on shaky ground. For the Dow Jones Industrial it went up 0.29 percent to 32,913 points in early trading.

The gains of the other major stock market barometers were also restrained. The market-wide S&P 500 rose by 0.24 percent to 4211 points. For the tech-heavy select index Nasdaq 100
