Vienna (ots) – With the Continentale and the EUROPA, customers and brokers celebrate the turn of the year until the end of March: The New Year’s savings benefit makes provision for occupational or occupational disability (BU / EU) and life insurance even cheaper. For this, the start of protection is simply dated December 1, 2019. Because the amount of the premium depends, among other things, on the year of the insured. The respective premium is therefore lower when insurance starts in 2019 than when it started this year. The premium is valid for the entire term
“Thanks to backdating, the insurer sees the customer as one year younger. This means that the insured can save over the entire term,” explains Dr. Helmut Hofmeier, Director of Life in the Continentale Insurance Group. In total, hundreds of euros can be saved with the occupational pension plan and up to 25 monthly contributions with the life insurance. “This is a solid argument for the intermediary to convince customers who actually would rather postpone the decision for these existential safeguards.”
Excellent value for money and high quality
In any case, the two life insurers Continentale and EUROPA convince with a very good price-performance ratio and high stability. Analysis companies in Germany such as Franke and Bornberg and Softfair regularly award the BU products and the quality of the continentale top marks. In its latest BU rating Austria, Morgen & Morgen once again awards the highest rating of five stars for all company tariffs in the occupational disability insurance segment. In addition, the Institute for Financial Market Analysis certifies the stability of the BU contributions calculated at the beginning. The continentale has not raised this for more than 60 years.
The current study by the German consumer organization Stiftung Warentest (Finanztest 2/2020) confirms that the EUROPA offers particularly favorable protection. In addition, customers work with society to ensure that they are particularly future-proof. In the study by the German Financial Service Institute on the future security of German life insurers, the EUROPA was the only one of 60 companies to receive the top grade “excellent”.
