Telecom Italia TIM recorded an increase of 1.86% to 0.3019 euroafter the spread of Q4 and full year 2022 financials. The phone company ended last year with better-than-consensus revenues and EBITDA. Debt is on the rise. Furthermore, the top management of Telecom Italia TIM have also approved theupdate of the business plan for the three-year period 2023/2025. The management recalled that the board of directors will meet on 24 February 2023 to decide on the non-binding offer presented by KKR for the purchase of a stake in a company to be set up coinciding with the managerial and infrastructural perimeter of the fixed network. The telephone company has specified that it remains open to evaluating any possible alternative that should materialize in the meantime.

Asset management in the spotlight.

Negative intonation for Azimut Holding (-2,33% a 22,63 euro). Timone Fiduciaria announced that it has completed the sale of 1.26 million shares of the company, representing approximately 0.9% of the capital. The shares were sold at a unit price of 22.35 euro, with a 3.5% discount compared to the closing price of Azimut Holding in the session of 14 February 2023 (23.17 euro).

In the spotlight too Anima Holding (+6,43% a 4,306 euro). Mediobanca, acting as intermediary on behalf of FSI Holding 2, announced that it has completed the purchase of 24,979,358 ordinary shares of the company, equal to approximately 7.2% of the capital, through a reverse accelerated bookbuilding procedure . The consideration for the purchase of the shares is equal to 4.35 euro per share, for a total outlay of approximately 108.7 million euro. The price offered represents a premium of 7.5% compared to the closing value of Anima Holding in the session of 14 February 2023 (4.046 euro).

Italgas recorded a drop of 2.04% to 5.515 euro. Snam (-0.54%) specified that it had not taken any action in relation to the 13.5% stake held in the company. Snam declared that “hypotheses on financial operations undertaken are currently groundless”.

All’Euronext Growth Milan the Ulisse Biomed rally continues (+19.6% to 2.36 euros), after the leap achieved in the previous two sessions. The price of the share went from 1.064 euro at the close of 10 February to 1.998 euro on 14 February.
