Borsa Italiana Records Fractional Increases on FED Monetary Policy Day

The major indices of Borsa Italiana and the main European financial centres record fractional increaseson the day in which the FED will communicate its decisions on monetary policy: the consensus of analysts indicates a pause in the rise in interest rates.

At 10.15 the FTSEMib it was up 0.8% to 27,785 points, just below the intraday high of 27,798 points. At the same time the FTSE Italia All Share earned 0.75%. Plus sign for the FTSE Italia Mid Cap (+0.38%) and for the FTSE Italia Star (+0,34%).

Il bitcoin it stands at just under 26,000 dollars (about 24,000 euros).

Lo spread Btp-Bund it is confirmed below 165 points, with the yield on the ten-year BTP returning to 4.05%.

L’euro it remains below 1.08 dollars.

Il Monte dei Paschi di Siena stay in the spotlight, after the strong volatility recorded in the previous two sessions. The title of the Sienese institute is in 2.2% increase a 2,228 euro.

Telecom Italia TIM records a leap of 3.61% to 0.2554 euros. With reference to the tug of war involving the telephone company’s network infrastructure, Il Sole24Ore reported the declarations of the managing director of F2i, Renato Ravanelli. The manager said that he is “in dialogue with the subjects involved”, a declaration that could be the prelude to the entry of the fund focused on infrastructure in the dossier of the sale of the Telecom Italia TIM network.

At MidCap took benefit up EASY-A (-2,91%) e MFE-B (-1.06%), after the rally recorded in the previous two sessions.

A decidedly positive day, however, for doValue (+7,48% a 4,455 euro). The company communicated that Avio and Sankaty European Investments, vehicles that belong respectively to the funds managed by Fortress and Bain Capital, and respectively owners of 20,040,000 and 10,863,638 doValue shares (corresponding respectively to a stake of 25.05% and 13.58% in the company), signed a shareholders’ agreement.
