The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign and Security Affairs, Joseph Borrellhas proposed a new package of sanctions against Iran after having received “credible information” that Tehran has provided to Russia ballistic missiles, its spokesman said Tuesday.
“High Representative Borrell has already presented to EU Member States a substantial set of decisive and specific measures as part of the European Union response, which will need to be agreed unanimously by all Member States”Peter Stano, Borrell’s spokesman, said in a statement to the press.
