Who would play Ingemar Stenmark?
– I mostly did the same things all the time, says Stenmark.
During the Tuesday evening, the premiere of the drama series “Börje – the journey of a legend” was held and several big profiles were present.
Sportbladet asked some of them the same questions:
What would a TV series about you be like and who would play you?
“Learned to ride”
Hockey legend Kenta Nilsson is positive about a TV series about himself.
– It would probably have been quite fun, I think, I’m a bit of a gamer.
Who would play you?
– I really do not know. SkarsgårdSkarsgårdValter Skarsgård plays Börje Salming in “Börje – the journey of a legend” also maybe, now that he has learned to skate.

Is “the world’s sexiest”
Ingemar Stenmark does not believe in a film or TV series about himself.
– It doesn’t feel right, says the iconic slalom skier who was also present at the premiere screening at Södra teatern in Stockholm.
Why not?
– No, I think it would be rather uninteresting. I’ve mostly done the same things all the time, not much has happened other than just ski competitions.
If it were to be made into a movie, who would star?
– I don’t know… Or yes! Patrick Dempsey maybe. He was a skier and a good actor.

Patrick Dempsey is best known for his role as surgeon Derek Shepherd in the TV series “Grey’s Anatomy”. In the series, he is called “McDreamy” because he looks so good, and as recently as last week, the now 57-year-old Dempsey was named the “world’s sexiest man” by the American magazine People.
As a youngster, Dempsey pursued a career as a downhill skier, and he remains committed to the sport.
“Very tense”
Niklas Lidström has never considered a TV series about himself.
– I don’t know who would play me first of all, but it would probably be interesting. Because I’ve been through a lot and won a lot, says the four-time Stanley Cup champion.

Even more profiles were on display. They enjoyed themselves well.
– It is a piece of sports history that is being made here now. So we are very excited to see a little, says Henrik Zetterberg.
– It is tragic that Börje cannot be here to see the film. At the same time, I think it’s fantastic that it’s made. It will be fantastic to see, says Mats Sundin.
