Apparently, Steinmeier at first thought it was a joke, but during the clarifications about the “construction of the plant” he found it difficult to navigate and apparently did not understand what was happening.
And what happened is very simple. We have a prime minister who considers us simple and allows himself, apart from insulting us from the prime minister’s chair, to humiliate us in front of foreigners.
