“The third term has real chances if it goes to DB. If it goes to ‘Bulgarian Rise’ it could garner some kind of majority, but it won’t be stable. I made similar proposals a month ago, but I thought they were on good terms with those who distribute mandates,” GERB leader Boyko Borisov told MEPs on the occasion of his third term. He apologized to Hristo Ivanov for proposing him as prime minister, not thinking it was depersonalization.
