“Nearly 40,000 people were vaccinated against COVID-19 today,” resigned Prime Minister Boyko Borissov announced this good news minutes ago on his personal Facebook profile. Because of all this and a number of other indisputable arguments, immunization against the new virus is extremely important. And because it is the means by which we can regain our former way of life and freedom.
The government has fully met the needs for vaccines in our country. Every Monday in May, more than 270,000 new doses of Pfizer will arrive in Bulgaria, and another 410,000 will be delivered on the last day of the month. and in the last 2 weeks of June – 41,000 doses per week.
Thus, for the second quarter of the year Bulgaria will have nearly 5.5 million doses of vaccines. And throughout 2021, nearly 13 million doses will be delivered in order to have protection against COVID-19 for every Bulgarian “, assured the resigned Prime Minister Boyko Borissov.
