Technically, on March 6 and 7, we cannot attend a rotation, because that is the EPP congress in Bucharest, GERB leader Boyko Borisov told party activists in Kostenets, as quoted by BTA on Tuesday.

Regarding the rotation itself, he commented that Prime Minister Nikolay Denkov and his deputy and Foreign Minister Mariela Gabriel, who have to change positions, but Borisov does not want Denkov to head the foreign ministry, have not been seen in Sofia recently to discuss the future composition of the cabinet. Sometimes one was abroad, sometimes the other.
