A new era is beginning in Italy, no matter how uncertain it feels. It is called “phase three”. What is certain is that this May 18th marks a turning point after more than two months of lockdown and after a careful opening for factory workers and joggers two weeks ago, the “phase two”. The bars are opening again, the restaurants, the hairdressers, the shops – with restrictions, of course.
