The deeptech start-up, created in Bordeaux in 2018 by Nicolas Rabault, Simon Baudry and Emanuel Allely, closes its first fundraising of 1.2 million euros.
Carried out with Aquiti Gestion, SkalePark, Foreis, Bpifrance, the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region, Airbus Développement and Michelin Développement, this funding round should allow the company, which has developed a software architecture for easily creating embedded applications, to double its workforce (with 10 recruitments opened in 2021) and to export its methodology to the United States, Germany, Spain, Japan and South Korea. Supported by ADI NA and Unitec, Luos has decided to open the heart of its technology to open-source, in order “to become a reflex for all embedded developers around the world,” the company said in a press release.
