Thanks to a controlled first period, Bordeaux dismissed Paris FC (2-1), not without going easy, and temporarily regained second place. After a rather padlocked start to the match, marked by a meager warning from Zuriko Davitashvili on Vincent Demarconnay’s goals, the Girondins took the lead with their first shot on target. Vital Nsimba leans on Aliou Badji, before crossing very hard towards the far post, where Malcom Bokele takes up height with the inside of the foot (1-0, 24^e). The Parisians are amorphous and stunned, so much so that Yoan Koré is taken aback by the same Nsimba on the left of the surface, before conceding a penalty. In the absence of Josh Maja (on the bench), captain Yoann Barbet puts the goal of the break full axis (2-0, 32^e)and makes the task even easier for his family.

But the worst attack in Ligue 2 took advantage of Girondins on the back foot after the break, to stop making an appearance. Finally in a position to take his chance, Paul Lasne hits above in a gently closed angle (57^e), before Khalid Boutaïb found himself a hair’s breadth away from pressing his head to deceive Gaëtan Poussin (58^e). After a vital save from Demarconnay in front of Danylo Ignatenko (59^e), the Parisians strike through Julien Lopez, on a walk in the Bordeaux defense and who gets rid of Barbet with a large bridge before crossing strong (2-1, 72^e). The FCGB could have paid even more for their nonchalance in the second act, but Barbet set foot ahead of Lasne (86^e), and the referee Guillaume Paradis probably omits a penalty against Stian Gregersen, overtaken in the attack of the ball by Morgan Guilavogui (90^e+2).

Five games without a win, the series stretches for the Parisians.
