13% employees of Bordeaux-Mérignac airport will be affected by a collective conventional rupture. More precisely, they are 55 out of 210 to be affected by this measure. This is one of the three social agreements formalized.
The second concerns partial activity long-term (APLD). This agreement provides for a 40% reduction in working hours for all staff and up to 50% by way of derogation. A decision that comes into effect for an initial period of six months.
A € 110 million investment plan frozen
Finally, an agreement of performance collective was concluded. Until December 31, 2021, this introduces an exceptional freeze on seniority leave. Likewise, it provides for the compulsory installation of 3 to 5 days of paid leave on non-working days made worked.
