To handle the need for BOR, the South Tangerang City Government is preparing various plans for additional treatment and isolation rooms.

“The ICU room is already 98 percent, maybe now it’s filled. Isolation beds are 88 percent from 650, now there is a waiting list system,” he said, Tuesday (28/6/2021).

Starting from maximizing referral hospitals, to building emergency tents for isolation at the quarantine center for the COVID-19 War House (RLC).
“We are increasing the number of treatment beds, installing tents from 3 to 60 at the COVID-19 Fight House. I also encourage the use of beds at Serpong Utara Hospital, I push from 25 beds to 70 and even up to 100 beds,” said Benjamin.
Not only that, the Mayor of South Tangerang also plans to make the puskesmas a transit place for handling COVID-19 to reduce the queue of COVID-19 patients at the hospital RS referral.
“I have asked for the Puskesmas to be used again for the COVID-19 treatment. But before that, at the Pamulang Health Center, for example, 20 beds were full. Overwhelmed, yes,” he said.
