Women are still exceptions in construction and in the workshop. In order to strengthen female trainees in all trades, the Chamber of Crafts is launching a project. Anna Zrlein explains what it’s about.
Experienced craftsmen and young women who are training in the craft sector are to be brought together in a mentor network. Anyone who would like to take part can contact the Chamber of Crafts. In addition to Freiburg, the chambers in Ulm and Reutlingen are also starting this project.
