The fact is that pathogens love the acidic environment created by alcohol, meat, coffee, tea, junk food such as fast food and sweet carbonated drinks. But viruses are afraid of alkali, because they cannot reproduce in it. Therefore, it is extremely important to eat alkalizing foods.
The doctor included any fresh greens, green vegetables and cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cucumber, celery, cabbage), fresh fruits, nuts and seeds, grain and legume sprouts, cheese oils, turmeric, ginger, cloves, garlic, onions. The doctor especially singled out a well-known plant – the dandelion, which many gardeners fight in the spring like a weed.
“The leader in alkalization is dandelion. I collect it, immediately make a salad from it (with other greens), dry the rest and constantly add it to different dishes,” the doctor clarifies.
