Marriages of Bulgarian citizens with Filipinas are becoming more frequent. In the past three weeks alone, five weddings of Bulgarians with representatives of the exotic country were held in Plovdiv.
From the beginning of August until now, 190 ceremonies have been performed in Plovdiv, and the month is not over yet, comments for Plovdiv24.bg is the director of OP “Joyful Rites” Chudomira Pindjeva.
However, the boom is coming, and it seems that it will be the busiest on August 24, 2024. The interesting date was chosen by 15 couples, and eight of the ceremonies will take place there the Central House of Newlyweds, three – in the Trakia hall, and the other four are moved.
150 couples have already signed up for weddings in September, Pindjeva also announced. “Joyful Rites” staff are already preparing for the next batch of shipments. On the weekends of September 6 and 7, the schedule is filled to capacity and there will be 18 weddings per day.
In September, another edition of “Sea of Love” will be held as part of the Old Town celebrations on September 21-22. So far, four couples have chosen to get married in Old Plovdiv.
