The Ministry of Housing, represented by municipal agencies, is starting to offer 1,645 different housing units with areas up to 161 square meters, with easy payment systems for immediate booking.

Reservations will begin next Sunday, September 29, until next October 28, while the specifications and assignment documents will be available in the agencies of the cities in which the units are offered, while this offer according to direct equipment. access to residential units through the new city agencies, which means that the assignment documents will be available in the civic agencies and there is no electronic conservation.

The locations of the apartments are as follows:

1- The offer includes 255 units in the 10th of Ramadan Town, with areas ranging from (63 m2: 105 m2).

2- 137 units in 6 October City, with areas between (55 m2: 90 m2).

3- There are 878 units in Jannah in Newtown Mansoura, with areas between (100 m2: 150 m2).

4- There are 240 units in Jannah in Newtown Mallawi, with areas between (100 m2: 161 m2).

5- There are 8 units in New Salhiya Town with areas between (65 m2: 161 m2).

6- There are 5 units in Obour City, with areas between (75 m2: 104 m2).

7- New Burj Al Arab Village has 8 units with areas between (79 m2: 140 m2).

8- There are 114 in Newtown Rashid, with areas between (90 m2: 93 m2).

The allocation will be made through a manual public lottery system, after the end of the reservation period, and the brochure of conditions, prices and allocations will be available on the Misr Real Estate website as soon as it is issued by Ministry of Housing.

How to book and enter:

Go to the City Authority starting on September 29, buy the conditions booklet and pay for it at the Public Service Center, then go to the Housing and Development Bank and pay the reservation deposit according to each project after that, go to the Town Authority to submit the booking form found in the conditions booklet and the payment receipt to enter the public draw, which will be confirmed later.
