MINNEAPOLIS (AP) – Devin Booker scored 32 points and a season record of 10 assists when the Phoenix Suns beat the Minnesota Timberwolves 129-117 on Wednesday night.
Mikal Bridges had 31 points, including 13 in the first quarter for Phoenix, who won despite playing without Chris Paul with a sore right heel and striker Cameron Johnson.
Far from suffering, the Suns were up 27 points and recovered from a disappointing defeat two nights earlier in Philadelphia.
